Portland's world heritage coastline and coast path is outside your door.

Church Ope Cove is an excellent place to visit all year round to be in nature in this unique wild and worked land and seascape. There is clean sea bathing, snorkelling and diving, bird and butterfly watching, rock climbing, walking, dog walking and cycling along the cliff paths, goat, seal and dolphin watching, water sports including sailing, kite surfing and wind surfing at the Olympic Sailing Academy.

The ancient wonder of the Chesil beach, the Jurassic coast, stretches from Portland to West Bay at Bridport market town.

Weymouth's shops and sandy beaches are 6 miles away and Dorchester county town is 10 miles away. Both are within easy reach by car or bus.

Come to visit the thatched museum just round the corner and Rufus Castle and St. Andrews church ruins just down the path.

Even with so much to do, the cliff path is quiet and you often have the beach to yourself. Come for holiday, retreat rest and relaxation
